This Privacy Policy explains how Knot Therapy, Ltd., doing business as Connected Brain Neurofeedback (“we,” “us”), handles information collected through this website. Connected Brain Neurofeedback is a trade name of Knot Therapy, Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company. Health information we create or receive while providing services is covered separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you fill out a contact or consultation request form or call us, we collect your name, email, phone number, whether you prefer in-person or online, preferred time of day, what you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
Booking information. The “Book a free consultation” button opens a secure booking page run by a third-party platform (Kartra). Information you enter there is collected by that platform and by us, and is also covered by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time). We use this only to keep the site secure and working.
No advertising trackers. This website does not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or behavioral tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule consultations.

When we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Please do not send private health details through the website

Website forms, email and standard text messages are not a secure way to send health information. Please keep messages short and give us details by phone or in your consultation.

Text messages

We text only people who have given us permission, and only about their appointments or request (for example, scheduling and reminders). We do not send marketing texts and we do not share mobile phone numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. How long we keep it

We keep website inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal requirements. Records of health care services are kept according to the law and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
