Neurofeedback for peak performance

If you already do well and want a steadier edge, brain training can help you stay calm under pressure, focus longer, and bounce back faster.

What it can look like

You might notice:

  • Great in practice, tight in the big moment
  • Focus drifts during long games, exams or meetings
  • Slow to calm down after a mistake
  • Hard to switch off after a hard day
  • Feeling worn down, with workouts or work that no longer recover you
  • Wanting a clearer, steadier mind

Not sure it’s you? Many people have a few of these. A free consultation will help sort it out.

How neurofeedback may help

Performance is part skill, part state of mind. Neurofeedback gives your brain a live signal when it moves toward a calm, focused pattern. With practice, many athletes, students, musicians and professionals report staying steadier under pressure.

We build goals around your world: a season, a recital, an exam, a big launch. Sessions are short and fit into a busy schedule.

Start with sleep

Sleep is often the most under-rated need, and one of the best places to start. When we work on healthy, steady sleep, other symptoms often ease too. For some people, better sleep ends up being the main treatment.

Sleep is when the body and brain recover and lock in what you practiced. It is often the most under-rated performance tool there is. We look at your sleep first. For many people, appropriate sleep lifts focus, mood and recovery, and it can be the biggest win in the whole plan.

How treatment goes, step by step

Every plan is different. Here is what a typical path looks like.

  1. Free consultation

Tell us your goal and your calendar. We ask about training, work and sleep.

  2. Brain map (required to start)

A brain map comes first, and it is required to start a plan. The visit can take around an hour, and the reading is done during that time. We also use intake forms and questionnaires to build a full picture. We review the reading afterward and schedule a follow-up consultation within a couple of weeks of your map.

  3. Sleep and recovery first

We tune up sleep and recovery habits, then add focus and calm training.

  4. Training sessions

About 30 minutes, two to three times a week. Many people schedule sessions around practice or work.

  5. Progress check every 10 sessions

We review what you notice in the game, the classroom or the office, and adjust.

  6. Maintain the edge

Once you reach your goals, we space sessions out and set a simple routine to keep them.

Sessions are about 30 minutes, and plans are built around 40 sessions. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
